INSTRUCCIONES

El primario universal automotriz MONNARK FN - 132 es recomendado para retoques y acabados mayores. Fácil de lijar y de secado rápido, su versatilidad le permite ser aplicado sobre metal, masilla y poliyester, masilla netrocelulósica, lacas o esmaltes ya envejecidos.
No debe ser utilizado en acabados completos como base para el esmalte sintético MONNARK ES-800, únicamente en áreas de retoque. SIrve como base para cualquier acabado acrílico MONNARK LA-900 nitrocelulósico MONNARK LN-700. En materiales galvanizados o no pasivados se requiere un acondicionador de superficie antes de usarse.

PREPARACIÓN DE SUPERFICIE

Lave la superficie con suficiente agua y detergente, luego aplique el MONNARK SOL-6007 para remover toda grasa o suciedad. Luego proceda a lijar la superficie.
Aplique el primario MONNARK FN-132 inmediatamente después.
No se use el aire de pistola, ni calor para acelerar su secado, lije la última mano después de transcurrida 1 hora, con lija número 360 y luego con lija número 400.

PRECAUCIÓN
NITRO SURFACE PRIMER FN - 132

The MONNARK FN-132 universal nitro surface primer is recommended for touch - ups and major jobs, it is easy to sand and has a fast drying firme. Its versatility allows for it to be applied on any metal, surface, autobody filter, red or gray putty and lacquers.
MONNARK FN-132 Should only be used on touch up jobs of MONNARK SE-800 It can be used as a primer for any acrylic lacquer system like MONNARK LA- 900 or nitrocellulosic MONNARK LN-700 In galvanized materials it should not be used without the use of a surface conditioning agent.

SURFACE PREPARATION

Wash the surfacewith surficient water and detergent and later apply MONNAR SOL- 6007 to remove all grease and dust particles. Inmediately later proceed to sand the sufaces and apply the surfaces primer MONNARK FN -132

APPLICATIONS

Combine 1.5 or 2 parts of thinner MONNARK SOL - 6001 for each par of the primer FN - 132 The mixed primer has to be filtered before putting it into the gun. The recommeded pressure is of 35 to 45 lbs/inch2 . Apply two or more films waiting for the primer to lose its gloss before continuing with the next application.
Do not use an air pistol nor heat to accelerate the drying time. Sand the last application before and hour with sanding paper number360 and later with sanding paper number 400.

WARNING

- Flamable liquid. Keep away from heat sources
- Use a mask when applying the primer to eliminate organic vapors
- Apply with sufficient ventilation
- Close the can after using.

MASILLA NITROCELULOSA

Producto formulado con resinas, pigmentos, solventes y aditivos de alta calidad, que le proveen un rápido secado, un buen nivelamiento y muy buena facilidad de lijado.
Este producto ha sido diseñado para rellenar pequeñas imperfecciones, orificios, rayones, etc.

APLICACIÓN

Aplíquese con un hule duro en capas delgadas y uniformes, hasta rellenar las imperfecciones. Es necesario dejar un tiempo de secado entre mano y mano, para evitar hundimientos del acabado final o corrugamiento de la masilla.
Dejar secar un mínimo de 1/2 a 1 hora.
Después de su aplicación con lija número 320 y luego afine con una número 360 ó 400.
NOTA: No se recomienda aplicar acabado final sobre esta masilla es necesario recubrirla antes con primario nitro. Tampoco se recomienda aplicarlo en grandes áreas de metal desnudo.

PRECAUCIÓN

- Mantenga alejado el recipiente de cualquier fuente de calor.
- Mantenga cerrado el recipiente después de utilizar el producto.
- Aplíquese con buena ventilación.
- Manténgase fuera del alcance de los niños.

NITRO PUTTY MIN - 90

Product formulate with nitrocellulosic resins, pigments, solvents and additives of high quality that provide a fast drying time, a straight film and it is easy to sand. This product is designed to efill small imperfections, holes, and scratches.

APPLICATIONS

Apply with a hard rubber in small and uniform films until all imperfections are covered. Wait a prudent drying time in between applications to eliminate problems in the final touch up. Wait from 1/2 to 2 hours before sanding first with san paper 360 an later with S.P. 400
Do not apply the final paint on the MONNARK MIN -90 Without using a primer. Also, it is not recomended to apply it on large areas of naked metals.
